為促進(jìn)孔子學(xué)院和國(guó)際漢語(yǔ)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展，國(guó)家漢辦/孔子學(xué)院總部（以下簡(jiǎn)稱漢辦）設(shè)立孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，以鼓勵(lì)世界各國(guó)學(xué)生、學(xué)者和漢語(yǔ)教師來(lái)華研修漢語(yǔ)言文化，或攻讀漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。
In order to promote the sustainable development of Confucius Institute and international Chinese education, Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as Hanban) launches the "Confucius Institute Scholarship" program to encourage students, scholars and Chinese language teachers worldwide to study Chinese language and culture in China, or proceed to a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL).
一、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別
I. Scholarship Category
獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金按項(xiàng)目類別分為四周研修生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、一學(xué)年研修生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。申請(qǐng)者須為非中國(guó)籍公民，身心健康，年齡在16至35周歲之間。
According to different types of programs, the Scholarship is divided into 3 categories, namely, Scholarships for Four-Week Study, Scholarships for One-Academic Year Study and Scholarships for a Master's Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged from 16 to 35 and in good health.
四周研修生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：向孔子學(xué)院優(yōu)秀學(xué)員，或符合漢辦特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士提供，期限為4周。申請(qǐng)者須在孔子學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)30學(xué)時(shí)以上，并參加過(guò)漢語(yǔ)水平考試（新HSK）；過(guò)去一年中沒(méi)有在華留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。申請(qǐng)者可選擇暑假（7月至8月）或寒假（12月至次年1月）來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)，由漢辦統(tǒng)一安排接收院校；通過(guò)課堂教學(xué)與文化實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，研修漢語(yǔ)言文化，提高漢語(yǔ)水平和能力。
Scholarships for Four-Week Study are provided to outstanding students from Confucius Institutes worldwide or those who qualify according to specific agreements of Hanban. Duration for the scholarship is 4 weeks. Applicants are required to have complete their study at a Confucius Institute for more than 30 hours and have participated in the new Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and have no study experience in China in the precious. Applicants are allowed to choose to complete the study in the summer term (from July to August) or the winter term (from December to January the next year) in the institutions arranged by Hanban. The goal of the study is to improve their Chinese language proficiency and skills by participate in classroom learning and cultural activities.
一學(xué)年研修生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：向孔子學(xué)院優(yōu)秀學(xué)員，“漢語(yǔ)橋”世界大、中學(xué)生中文比賽各國(guó)賽區(qū)優(yōu)勝者，各國(guó)大學(xué)中文專業(yè)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生，或有志于從事國(guó)際漢語(yǔ)教育的人士提供，期限為1學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)者在孔子學(xué)院的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間應(yīng)達(dá)到60學(xué)時(shí)以上，或新HSK成績(jī)不低于二級(jí)120分。申請(qǐng)者可選擇2個(gè)接收院校，并在漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、教育學(xué)、中國(guó)歷史等專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)選擇學(xué)習(xí)志愿，通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)，提高漢語(yǔ)水平和能力，最終達(dá)到新HSK五級(jí)180分以上的水平。
Scholarships for One-Academic Year Study are provided to outstanding students from Confucius Institutes worldwide, who have won the preliminary rounds of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competitions for Foreign College Students and for Foreign High School Students in their countries, outstanding college students of Chinese Language worldwide or those who intend to become Chinese teachers. The scholarship is provided for one academic year. Applicants are required to have completed their study at a Confucius Institute for more than 60 hours or have a score of at least 120 on the new HSK (level 2). They are allowed to choose 2 host schools which offer several areas of specialization, including Chinese language and literature, education and Chinese history. The goal of the study is to improve their Chinese language proficiency and skills through engaging them in systematic study to achieve a score of at least 180 on the new HSK (level 5).
漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：向孔子學(xué)院優(yōu)秀學(xué)員，“漢語(yǔ)橋”世界大、中學(xué)生中文比賽各國(guó)賽區(qū)優(yōu)勝者，各國(guó)漢語(yǔ)教師，各國(guó)大學(xué)中文專業(yè)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生，或符合漢辦特定協(xié)議規(guī)定條件的人士提供，期限為2學(xué)年。申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，新HSK成績(jī)不低于五級(jí)180分，并須書面承諾畢業(yè)后至少?gòu)氖?年以上漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。申請(qǐng)者可選擇2個(gè)接收院校；學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后經(jīng)考核合格，可獲得漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位和漢辦頒發(fā)的國(guó)際漢語(yǔ)教師資格證書，能勝任國(guó)際漢語(yǔ)教育工作。
Scholarships for Master's Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages are provided to outstanding students from Confucius Institutes worldwide, students who have won the preliminary rounds of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competitions for Foreign College Students and for Foreign High School Students in their countries, Chinese language teachers worldwide, outstanding college students of Chinese Language worldwide or those who qualifies according to specific agreements of Hanban. The scholarship is provided for two academic years. Applicants are required to have bachelor degrees or its equivalent with a score of at least 180 on the new HSK (level 5) and make a written commitment stating that he/she will be engaged in Chinese teaching for at least 5 years after graduation. They are allowed to choose 2 host schools. They will obtain a Master's degree in MTCSOL and an international Chinese language teacher certificate issued by Hanban upon completing the study and passing the related examinations.
二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助范圍及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
II. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria
孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助范圍包括：注冊(cè)費(fèi)、學(xué)費(fèi)、基本教材費(fèi)、一次性安置費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)，提供住宿、門診醫(yī)療服務(wù)和來(lái)華留學(xué)生綜合保險(xiǎn)。其中，生活費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是：一學(xué)年研修生為1400元/月；漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士為1700元/月。一次性安置費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是：發(fā)給在華學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間滿一學(xué)年（含）以上者1500元/人。
Scholarship holders are exempt from registration fees, tuition, fees for basic learning materials, accommodation fees on campus, and are provided with a one-off resettlement subsidy, monthly allowance, outpatient medical service and comprehensive insurance for foreign students studying in China. Monthly allowances are at the following rates (CNY Yuan per month): a. CNY 1,400 for one-academic study, and b. CNY 1,700 for Master's Degree Students. The one-off settlement subsidy is CNY 1,500 for students who will study in China for one academic year or more.
三、申請(qǐng)及受理
III. Application and Evaluation
1．自本辦法發(fā)布之日起，申請(qǐng)者可登陸孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站（http://cis.chinese.cn）注冊(cè)個(gè)人賬號(hào)，查詢有關(guān)接收院校及專業(yè)信息，填寫、提交、打印《孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》，并將本人簽名后的申請(qǐng)表及其它申請(qǐng)材料（見(jiàn)第四條）一并遞交推薦機(jī)構(gòu)。
1. From the issue date of the application procedures, applicants can log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship website at http://cis.chinese.cn, set up an individual account, complete the Confucius Institute Scholarship Application form online, print out the form and sign it; then submit it to one of the recommended institutes along with the other application materials (see article 4).
2．以下推薦機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)受理申請(qǐng)材料，擇優(yōu)推薦符合條件的申請(qǐng)者。
2. The following recommended institutes will select the best applicants and recommend them to the host institutes.
各國(guó)孔子學(xué)院；
Confucius Institutes;
未建孔子學(xué)院國(guó)家的有關(guān)高等學(xué)校；
Related colleges and universities in countries with no Confucius Institutes established;
各駐外使（領(lǐng)）館教育、文化處（組）；
Education and culture offices (sections) of Chinese embassies (consulates) worldwide;
漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士接收院校。
Host institutes for Master's Degree in MTCSOL
5月31日前，各推薦機(jī)構(gòu)須將四周研修生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)材料寄達(dá)漢辦；其它類別獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)材料分別寄達(dá)申請(qǐng)者選擇的接收院校。
The recommended institutes are required to send the application materials for the Scholarships for Four-Week Study to Hanban, and other application materials to host institutes chosen by the applicants by May 31st.
3．6月10日前，接收院校須對(duì)申請(qǐng)者進(jìn)行入學(xué)資格審核，并將預(yù)錄取名單及個(gè)人申請(qǐng)表復(fù)印件提交至漢辦。6月20日前，漢辦組織專家進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)審，確定本年度孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金授予名單。申請(qǐng)者可通過(guò)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)及獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金網(wǎng)站查詢申請(qǐng)進(jìn)程及結(jié)果。7月10日前，接收院校須將《錄取通知書》、《報(bào)到須知》、《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來(lái)華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW202表）及其它有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生入學(xué)材料一并寄達(dá)推薦機(jī)構(gòu)，由推薦機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)交申請(qǐng)者本人。
3. Evaluations for admission will be made by the host institutes and the results will be submitted to Hanban along with copies of the applications by June 10th. Hanban will organize an expert panel to make the final selection by June 20th. Applicants may check the application process and their results at any time through the recommended institutes or the Confucius Institute Scholarship website. The host institutes are required to send "Admission Notice", "Enrollment Instructions", "Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Study in China" (JW202 Form) and other related materials to the applicants through the recommended institutes by July 10th.
