Computer crashes often occur for many reasons, and one of them is that computers are infected with viruses. Nowadays, more and more rogue e-mails spread viruses. It's better not to open strange attachments sent to your e-mail, instant messenger or Skype. You should install legitimate antivirus software on your computer and delete junk mail regularly.

mài kè: zhēn zāo gāo! wǒ de diàn nǎo sǐ jī le.
麥克：真糟糕！我的電腦死機(jī)了。
Mike: What a disaster! My computer is dead.

lì li: bié zhāo jí, chóng qǐ yí xià shì shi?
麗麗：別著急，重啟一下試試？
Lili: Don't worry. Have you tried to restart it?

mài kè: shǔ biāo yǐ jīng bǔ guǎn yòng le, kě néng mǒu gè chéng xù rǎn shàng bìng dú le.
麥克：鼠標(biāo)已經(jīng)不管用了，可能某個程序染上病毒了。
Mike: The mouse doesn't work any more. Maybe some program has been infected with a virus.

lì li: wǒ gěi jì shù bù dǎ gè diàn huà, ràng tā men pài rén lái kàn kan.
麗麗：我給技術(shù)部打個電話，讓他們派人來看看。
Lili: Let me call the technical department and ask them to send someone here to check it.

mài kè: hǎo de. wǒ gāng cái de wén jiàn méi yǒu bǎo cún, bù zhī dào hái néng bù néng huī fù.
麥克：好的。我剛才的文件沒有保存，不知道還能不能恢復(fù)。
Mike: OK. I forgot to save the file. I don't know if it can be restored.

lì li: yīng gāi kě yǐ, nǐ píng shí zuì hǎo biān shū rù biān bǎo cún, yǐ fáng wén jiàn diū shī.
麗麗：應(yīng)該可以，你平時最好邊輸入邊保存，以防文件丟失。
Lili: It can be. You should always save work as you go along to avoid the file going completely missing.

Lili: You remind me of something. I need to update the antivirus software on my laptop.

mài kè: duì le, jīn tiān zǎo shàng wǒ shōu dào yí wèi péng yǒu fā lái de diàn zǐ yóu jiàn, fù jiàn lǐ kě néng yǒu bìng dú.
麥克：對了，今天早上我收到一位朋友發(fā)來的電子郵件，附件里可能有病毒。
Mike: Oh, I just remembered I received an e-mail from one of my friends this morning. The attachments might have had a virus inside.

lì li: nǐ dǎ kāi fù jiàn hòu, yǒu shén me yì cháng xiàn xiàng ma?
麗麗：你打開附件后，有什么異常現(xiàn)象嗎？
Lili: Has anything usual happened since you opened the attachments?

mài kè: yǒu de. cóng nà shí qǐ, wǒ de jī qì yì zhí yùn xíng hěn huǎn màn.
麥克：有的。從那時起，我的機(jī)器一直運行很緩慢。
Mike: Yes. My computer has been running very slowly since then.

lì li: kàn lái wèn tí kě néng jiù chū zài nà fēng diàn zǐ yóu jiàn shàng.
麗麗：看來問題可能就出在那封電子郵件上。
Lili: It seems the problem might have been caused by that e-mail.

mài kè: lìng wài, wǒ diàn nǎo lǐ de lā jī yóu jiàn yě tài duō le, yīng gāi qīng lǐ yí xià.
麥克：另外，我電腦里的垃圾郵件也太多了，應(yīng)該清理一下。
Mike: Besides, there is too many junk mail on my computer. I should clear them up.
